I don't understand what or why the class appointed/hired cardiologists had anything to benefit by tampering with echos. These cardios were paid for the echos performed whether the claimant passed or failed an echo. No kickbacks. No private contracts with the later hired attorney's of the claimants. Just don't get that one.
I can see some echos being manipulated by private attorney hired firms & being paid by the law firms to pass the people. Kickback for a job well done. Not that way with the class hired/referred doctors.

well, we do know what AHP had to gain with these claims, it's all part of the big picture/plan and it seems to have worked well for them, they are putting billions back in their tight little purses

I understand WHY they do it. I just don't understand why the courts allow them to get by with it.
Really a disappointing "justice" system.

I think they are the ones presenting the info to the courts and without rebuttle they can present it any way they want
