For those who have serious injury such as surgery and have declined Wyeths bulk settlement offer and need a new attorney please let me know. We are developing a list of competent attorneys willing to take cases.

hey crusty I still have not heard one way or the other if i passed or failed the 7th. My lawyer stated no word yet. Sure hope I pass last echo i did a few weeks ago was same mod. mr. mild ar and tri.

So far I have found a very good new firm that is willing to take on serious cases. As far as 7th is concerned your attorney has access to the administrators website and can check to see exactly what stage your claim is at - I have seen it!

Crusty; What about the original settlement? Do the attorney's have access to the/an administrators website for that too? If so, I'd like to know where it is, any info would be appreciated. I can then turn that info to my attorney & see what he says. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think the same facility is available for the original trust but I really don't know.

Crusty, I wouldappreciate any info re: attys still taking good cases. I will be pro se as soon as my atty drops me for refusing the "settlement".

Can an attorney drop someone for not accepting the settlement if their class "C" needs 100% acceptance?
