Now the million dollar question was answered, we can move on from here. I am not in we group you done pi--ed 3/4 + people on this board so do not many of us are going to much faith in your comments...Now my question is who the heck are you. Just think if everyone on this board keeps pressing you over and over and over. What is your name on other boards?

I am Crusty on the other board, which I no longer visit. I have interests in a few companies that provide services to the legal industy. No axe to grind here except that I learn a lot about things I don't have time to study. Everyone on this board knows much more than I do about the original matirx (which I never comment on). However, I have pretty good sources on opt-outs and the 7th.
That is it. I do not work for Homeland Secrurity or Wyeth! As you may recall I warned that Wyeth would be monitoring these boards and I was ridiculed for it.

a fresh start? nah, i don't think so. same situation. always has been, %s have just changed, that's all. maybe some new faces. the problem has ALWAYS been fairness, or, the lack of fairness, shall we say. six million used the diet drugs. that's a REALLY big number. of the six million, a relatively small number echoed. the echos showed roughly four (4) groups. "normal" (no leakage), mild mitral valve leakage, fda+ leakage, and fda+ leakage with certain defined complications (matrix claims). however, individuals within groups were treated differently from the very beginning. some got hardly any money. some got tons being "bundled" with other claims. the huge # of claims presented to the trust created a huge problem. some early lucky claimants got paid big bucks. some tricky , smart types (like marie)(who btw is undoubtablely industrious, helpful & nasty) got paid big bucks. but, these types represent a small pool of all original matrix claims. the large majority of claimants were dumped into the 7th. there, thier rights were stripped away as easily as a hot knife through butter. of course, the "king" is 100% correct that something is hugely wrong with the medical review in the 7th. i find it difficult to believe that 90%+ of all claims do not pass medical review. what that simply means is the medical review is an arbitrary standard imposed at the whim of the 7th amendment administrators. afterall, the original trust required the presence of certain medical conditions only on some date, not necessarily real, representative & reproducible medical conditions. so, the bottom line remains the same. some lucky claimants will receive big bucks, most won't. maybe "crusty" will receive some $$ for referring smart, tricky types with serious injury. but, it will always be a small number in the whole scheme of things. why do you think the law firms have to reach a certain % of agreement with their clients? same old deal.
