not quite there yet but my atty conducted echo was branded manipulated by the Trust and not one of his other echoes that was conducted at the same time as me, on the same date, at the same location, on the same machine, by the same tech, read by the same doc, was labeled manipulated BY THE SEVENTH AUDITORS..this will be presented
Can't help but to hope that the court of appeals judge will come to the conclusion that what we have here is two entirely different audits....
additionally a 60B was filed years ago that stated that the seventh was created to cover for bad claims....that 60B was never ruled on, and 60B's don't go away...My claim going thru the regular audit system ruled manipulated and all of my other attys claims pass thru the seventh and get paid, my atty investigated for fraud...this 60b will be rehashed and heard by an appeals judge with an open mind.....door is not entirely shut for people in the seventh
