Still sitting here waiting for the final papers to drop. After 5 years in show cause (went there December 2005), I'm still just as frustrated as I was then. I am fighting, but getting weaker with every punch.

Judy I am still here and I am making some headway. The past few weeks i have been in discussions with the court, class counsel and the trust concerning issues that all of us would have considered past issues.......
Additionally I still receive email from many people in the 7th who are still looking to receive what was originally promised.

Too bad they don't indict those that continued to take the pills even tho they were told the pills would cause damage. Especially those with "medical" knowledge because they knew there was a possible payout for damages.
Seems to me they should be charged with creating a medical illness that they KNEW would damage them & not be allowed to make a claim.

Why do you keep bringing up the fact that Marie took the drugs after they were withdrawn? I'm sure there were thousands of people that took the pills they had left. I know I did and I collected a huge amount of compensation. I think you are just jealous that Marie got paid and you did not. Why keep bringing up something that is over and done with? Marie has helped so many people and should be thanked rather than accusing her.

Because people like you & Marie did something that shouldn't have been done. Marie boasts of being in the medical profession yet continued to take the drug. She claims to be so smart on medical issues and giving her legal knowledge to all.
If she's so smart, then why did she continue to take a drug she knew would harm her? The same as you. Why? Because you & she benefited from your stupidity & greed. You should have been found ineligible for benefits, & probably would have been, if you had told anyone that you continued to take the pills after acknowledgement that you knew the dangers. If not found ineligible, then the benefit amounts should have been reduced.
You are supporting Marie only because the two of you are like. You both worked the system & benefited.
