I received my settlement offer today from a St Louis law firm.
Do I have to accept it and if not what would I do next?
Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

I am no authority on this, but if you are happy with your settlement then accept it, if not, reject it. You might get more help with this question if you put it on the general discussion part as it seems more look there than other places. Good luck in whatever you chose to do. It's been a long wait for a lot of us.

I Am in the opt out case out of texas. I got my first check for 65.ooo.00 back in July. We are supposed to get a second check. Anyone out there know how much or how to figure the amount. They say it will be in early Jan. We will see. Hillbilly

maybe they were trying to find out who got what, after both attorney firms took their cut, and that $500 is the leftover amount

I got about 40% of $65,000 in June, minus expenses. Now they say I will probably get about $500 sometime after first of year. What's this five times amount on the other board all about. My attorney says its all rumors. What do you say?
